Refund Policy

All sales are final for dog food, dog chews and dog treats.

(2) Exceptions:

Items are eligible for refund/replacement if the packaging is punctured or otherwise damaged in shipping.

Send us a message through the contact form so that we can assist. (Please take 3-5 good images to document the damage. In some cases, you'll need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. In some cases, we will be able to directly assist.

In the event of manufacturing defects, contact us immediately through the contact form.

We will do our best to address the situation and provide a satisfactory refund, order credit or replacement.
